Foxes,  bobcats,  coyotes,  & cardinals seized BIRMINGHAM,  INDIANAPOLIS,  NORFOLK,  WASHINGTON D.C.–A two-year investigation of “chase pen” hunting businesses called “Operation Foxote” culminated on November 11,  2007 with arrests in three states.
