Suspect Nathan Mann held on 3,248 counts of sexual abuse of an animal
BOSSIER CITY, Louisiana––Nathan T. Mann, 35, of Bossier, Louisiana, was on March 23, 2023 charged with 106 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles and 3,248 counts of sexual abuse of an animal, the Bossier County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Mann was booked and held in maximum security in lieu of bond totaling $1 million four years and three months after former Bossier City police officer and K9 handler Terry Yetman, 43, was hit with one count of possession of child pornography, 20 counts of sexual abuse of animals by performing sexual acts with them, and 20 counts of sexual abuse of animals by filming those acts.

A Facebook page believed to be Mann’s indicates that he spent most of his life in Bossier City, worked as an electrician, had few friends, and had no known close relationships.
Second bestiality & video case in region in six weeks
There appears to be no known connection between Mann and Yetman, but circumstantial indications suggest a possible link to the January 28, 2023 arrest of Noah Tomlin, 23, in Alexandria, a two-hour drive to the south, for allegedly sexually abusing a pit bull.
“The Alexandria Police Department announced Tomlin was booked into the Rapides Paris jail and is facing one count of sexual abuse of an animal,” summarized Anthony Scott for Gateway Pundit.
“Per the Humane Society of Louisiana,” Scott continued, “Tomlin approached a chained pit bull in a residential neighborhood and reportedly forced the pit bull to perform oral sex on him. Authorities were notified of the sick act after a video was uploaded online.”
“Always a direct correlation between similar crimes”
Posted Humane Society of Louisiana founder Jeff Dorson to Facebook, “We know that there is always a direct correlation between similar crimes.”
Recounted a Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office media release, “Mann was investigated by detectives for possessing pornography involving juveniles and sexual abuse of an animal after receiving a cyber-tip.
“A search warrant was obtained and executed at his home during the investigation. Detectives found Mann to be in possession of 106 images of pornography involving juveniles and in possession of 3,248 images and video that depicted the sexual abuse of an animal after forensic downloads of his electronic devices.”
Yetman got 20 years
Yetman was on November 23, 2021 sentenced to serve at least 20 years in prison after pleading guilty in August 2021 to six of the 71 counts he faced in connection with alleged acts of bestiality and possession of child pornography.
Louisiana 26th Judicial District Judge Michael Craig sentenced Yetman to serve four years on each of five counts of sexually abusing animals.
“Those charges will run consecutively for a total of 20 years,” explained Vickie Wellborn of KTBS television in Shreveport, Louisiana, just across the Red River from Bossier City.
Yetman also received 20 years on the one count of possession of child pornography, with that sentence running concurrent to the first one.
Plea bargain
Yetman was sentenced under a plea bargain in which at least 65 additional charges were dropped.
Yetman surrendered to Louisiana State Police officers on December 19, 2018, after learning that warrants had been issued charging him with 20 counts of sexual abuse of animals by performing sexual acts with them, and 20 counts of sexual abuse of animals by filming those acts.
Elaborated Wellborn, “According to court records, Yetman’s arrest was connected to another child pornography investigation from 2018 that led to the federal indictment of a retired deputy. Officers identified Yetman through subpoenas and search warrants of online accounts.
“The investigation uncovered electronic evidence,” Wellborn said, “of acts of bestiality on Boss, a retired police dog.”

Victimized police dog
Boss, a Belgian Malinois, was impounded after Yetman was arrested in 2018, and was reportedly sent to an unspecified rescue in Texas.
The Bossier City police department, where Yetman had served since 2014, was at least his fifth post in 15 years.
Yetman’s only known disciplinary issue, however, was a three-day suspension received in April 2016, in an incident in which Bossier Parish police juror Rick Avery was stopped on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, and was taken to the police station for questioning, but was released without charges.
A Bossier City police dispatcher was suspended for 90 days in connection with the same incident, while another police officer resigned.
Disgusting.

I’m not surprised, because having worked in law enforcement, witnessing the severe abuse of K9s by their handlers, and then learning that it is the standard and that it is covered up and lied about (the Code of Silence), there have been just too many of them who enjoy causing the dogs pain and suffering. They also enjoy causing pain and suffering to people in their immediate orbit who they know will be upset and feel violated by being made to witness the torture, knowing that there is nowhere to go to report it.
It’s just a little hop from there to bestiality. That same element of sadistic power and control is recognizable.
They continue to get away with it all because the public along with journalists are so easily fooled into believing the “one bad apple” mantra, and that the rest of K9 handlers are honorable, kind, heroic, and they love and respect their K9s. What a horribly sad and shameful pack of lies. It’s actually “one good apple” among the throngs of sadistic power lunatics.
Do you think that Terry Yetman did the dog? If so, why?
Yetman was reportedly convicted based on both forensic and video evidence.
